Santa Fe August 1 AP Dist. Judge Samuel Montoya dismissed a state suit to recover 67 757 76 dollars paid to 30 ranchers under the 1956 57 day aid program ruled unconstitutional by the state supreme court. The attorney general argued recovery possible if fraud duress or fact mistake existed but the judge held mistake of law bars recovery.
