Fourteen Injured in Arizona Three-Way Crash on US 66

At least 14 people were hurt in a three vehicle collision on US 66 eight miles west of Bowie Arizona. A Greyhound bus a household moving van and a passenger car were involved. Three of the most seriously injured were taken to a Willcox hospital while others waited for transport.

Giant Air Fair Opens In Amarillo For Two Days

The Amarillo Air Fair opens at noon celebrating the Wright brothers 1903 flight with planes from midget models to B 47 jets. Mystery Body Identified as Don Barnes of Lubbock

Identification of Pvt. Don Barnes, twin son of M H Barnes of 1004 Lincoln Lubbock, completed at a Lubbock funeral home after his exhumed body from Java. Two Boys Hurt In Scooter Crash

Two teen aged boys were injured when the motor scooter they rode collided with a car at 11 30 PM yesterday at the intersection of 12th and Van Buren. Joe Dickson 15 of 3901 Harrison is in critical condition with head and arm lacerations and possible internal injuries. Wayne Martin 16 of Hereford, unconscious, has a compound left leg fracture and severe shock. The car driver R D Watson 408 Van Buren was uninjured. They were taken to St Anthony's Hospital by an NS Griggs ambulance.
