Osburn said he will file assault with intent to kill charges against three men for their alleged participation in a gun fight with officers in which Deputy Sheriff James Williamson of Hagerman was shot. Tornado Dips Near Nashville Kills Five in Farm Community
A tornado struck seven miles southeast of Nashville Georgia killing five people from the Gaskins and Harrell families. Two children, the Gaskins boy and another child, died.
