Suspect Denies Part In Lipscomb Robbery Arrested in Colorado
Fred Hauser a 40 year old Texas farm hand was arrested in Greeley Colorado on a Lipscomb County Texas warrant for the 2500 robbery of Christian Babitzke. He is held for extradition to face the charge. The Lipscomb County robbery occurred January 12 at the Babitzke home six miles southwest of Lipscomb with four masked men. Ben Babitzke 19 was shot in the back.
