Hines Approved for State Highway Commissioner Post

The Senate confirmed Harry Hines of Wichita Falls for a six year term as state highway commissioner. The body suspended routine business to approve all pending gubernatorial nominations, with Hines set to chair the post for the first two years. Also confirmed were Harry L.
