James Thomas a 49 year old ex convict was indicted by a Lamb County grand jury for the October 26 slaying of Dr Roy Hunt and his wife near Littlefield Texas. Bond set at 25000 and he will likely be arraigned in a few days in a Lubbock jail. The grand jury took no action in Mrs Hunt’s slaying.
