Four Injured In Car Crash Near Eighteenth and Van Buren
Four people were injured in a crash early yesterday when a northbound 1941 Mercury collided with a parked 1942 Chevrolet on Van Buren, 100 feet north of Eighteenth. James W. Adams, 25, suffered head and internal injuries and remained semi conscious. Robert W. Walsh, 23, had chest injuries. W. H. Childers, 26, had head cuts and abrasions. Elaine Farmer, 24, had minor injuries and was released after treatment. All were taken to St. Anthony's Hospital by Boxwell ambulances. The car struck the parked vehicle, causing the crash.
