Alpine Enacts Parking Ban on Holland Avenue and Harrison Street
The city commission of Alpine Texas approves an ordinance prohibiting parking on the north side of Holland Avenue from Harrison Street to the city limits and on the east side of Harrison Street from Holland Avenue to Avenue B.
