DAR Asked To Sponsor Constitution Week Here
Big Bend chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution is asked to sponsor Constitution Week with emphasis on Constitution Day September 17. Churches clubs and schools are urged to cooperate in observances and programs. DAR members and others should read the preamble to the constitution and Bill of Rights during the week. Mr and Mrs J E Burgess left Tuesday for Amarillo. They were accompanied by Miss Dorothy Jean Crawford who will visit sister Mrs Billy Fielder.
