By virtue of an execution issued from Ochiltree County District Court on April 14 1923 in favor of Fred Butler Allen M Wilbanks Jr and Farmers National Bank against N B Fisk Mary A Fisk Raymond W Fisk and Beulah Fortner and partly against L J Hall and Roy Sappington I levy on numerous Brewster County tracts belonging to Fisk and Fisk heirs described by survey numbers blocks and certificate numbers totaling many acres known as the Fisk ranch and W H Dodson ranch property The sale to satisfy vendor s lien of 3750 with interest from 1917 and 10 percent attorney s fees will be at Brewster County Courthouse Alpine on October 2 1923 between 10 AM and 4 PM with the bidders required to pay cash and transfer the property accordingly

Plans at Alpine office of County Engineer A L White and State Highway Department Austin. Bid bonds required with sections A 2500 dollars and B 4000 dollars. The county reserves right to reject any or all proposals.
