Ordinance prohibits parking on Holland Avenue and Harrison Street
Ordinance 343 enacted by Alpine Texas prohibits parking any vehicle on the north side of Holland Avenue from Harrison Street to the city limits and on the east side of Harrison Street from Holland Avenue to Avenue B.
