The Brewster County Texas court declares the August 8 1914 prohibition election at Marathon in Justice Precinct No 3 valid and counts 103 votes with 48 for prohibition and 55 against, majority 7 against. The court revokes the June 12 1912 prohibition order and allows liquor sales if voters decide so in future. Publication ordered in Alpine Avalanche for 30 days.
