The Al Barnes touring wild animal circus arrives Saturday October 28 with performances at 2 and 8 pm. The program features a large troupe of educated animals from elephants to ponies, with ferocious lions bears tigers and leopards, plus quieter acts including horses dogs and ostriches.
The San Angelo Fair plans grand parades, daily free acts, and aerial performances by the Florida Fool. Wortham Shows will roam the streets, with poultry, kennel, and rural exhibits on display. Rail rates advertised for Oct 30 to Nov 5. Secretary offers information on requests.
Brewster County Texas sheriff’s sale notices the October 3 1916 order of sale in F P Newport vs Lloyd Wade. The judgment for 3511.97 plus eight percent interest and costs forecloses vendor’s lien on multiple described tracts totaling several thousand acres in G C S F Ry Co G H S A Ry Co and other grants.
