Sheriff’s Sale Advertises Brewster County Property
A notice from Alpine Texas states that on November 1 1949 the sheriff will sell at the court house door all of Survey No 55 except tract 25 in Brewster County to satisfy taxes interest and costs from a 1949 judgment. The sale includes 613.74 acres in H and T CRY CO original grant with conditions of redemption and division rights for defendants. The notice is dated October 3 1949 and signed by Sheriff W G Hetil.
