Taylor operates ranch 4 in Schleicher and Brewster counties and plans to move 2400 to 2500 ewes from Schleicher to a Brews ter county site 14 miles north of Marathon. He also delivers 1500 mixed lambs to Vester Hughes of Merizon and reports lambs weighing about 70 pounds. Dick Arnold of Marathon delivered 800 to 900 lambs to Peyton Packing in El Paso at 10 cents a pound. The Combs Cattle Co. fences 16 sections in Brewster and will stock the tract with shoats. Taylor is building a home at Marathon where his daughters Dolores and Harvel are attending school.
