Tracks led to a 7 foot fence around the Big Horn Sheep area where claws and torn ground showed an attempted leap. Hair on the wire and damaged ground proved effective in protecting three ewes and two rams moved from Arizona. The next morning another lion was trapped, with foot measurements suggesting a different animal.
