Methodists Mark Sixty Years With Anniversary Services
Alpine's First Methodist Church observes its 60th anniversary in 1949. The ceremony includes a morning service by Bishop W Angie Smith and an evening address by Mr. Hubert Johnson of the Waco Methodist Home, as the congregation recalls building, remodeling, and youth program growth led by Rev. Austin Dillon.
