Howells Celebrate 50th Anniversary At Church Reception
A large reception honored Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Howell on their 50th wedding anniversary at First Baptist Church. Hosts included their children Paul Howell, Brownfield. A W Weaver, Big Spring. and Audie Belcher, Lubbock, with 90 plus guests. a golden cake and floral centerpiece marked the milestone. A hunting meeting at the County Courthouse June 9 at 8 p m was announced by Conservation Officer Sanford De Voll to discuss the next hunting season.
