Public citation summons unknown heirs in Brewster land suit
The State of Texas to the Sheriff of Brewster County is commanded to summon the unknown heirs of B C Thomas and the unknown heirs of Tom Pulliam to appear at the next Brewster County District Court term in Alpine on the first Monday in September 1915. The suit, No. 742, filed November 14, 1914 by Benito Solis, Francisco Solis and Juan Solis versus the unknown heirs seeks title to Survey No. 555 on Powell Creek containing 128 acres, alleging over ten years of exclusive possession and adverse claims by plaintiffs. The petition asks for title and costs and warns proper return of service. Witness W H Least, Clerk. Dated April 3 1915.
