State of Texas Brewster County issues a sheriff sale by order of the District Court of Brewster County. J. C. Brooke obtained a judgment against A. S. Cleveland and N. C. Dugan for 477.50 with 8 percent interest and costs, foreclosing a vendor’s lien on Block Thirteen in Means Addition, Alpine. Sale set for the first Tuesday in April 1916, at the Brewster County courthouse in Alpine, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. to satisfy the judgment. J A Walton Sheriff of Brewster County Texas issued March 3 1916.
