Tax Suit Over Seized Alpine Property Seeks Delinquent City Tax
In Brewster County the City of Alpine fronts a tax collection suit against Willie E Acklin heirs and unknown claimants for Lot 12 Block 3 Shipman Addition Alpine. It seeks delinquent ad valorem taxes of 21.54 plus interest penalties and costs with liens as provided by law. The case No 8272A was filed June 3 1953 in 83rd District Court.
