Alpine Ordinance Regulates City Water Sprinkling Hours
Ordinance No. 308 forbids using City Water System for sprinkling between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. Watering is allowed 6:00–9:00 A.M. and 5:00–8:00 P.M. by city division, with penalties for violations.
