Tragic Death of Mrs Stewart in Pumping Station Crash

Mrs Jeff Stewart wife of Southern Pacific worker at the pumping station died instantly when her auto crashed into a passenger train at the pumping station crossing. Miss Adrian Brannon, 15, drove the car and survived with severe shock after the impact. The accident stunned Marathon area residents as the victim was laid to rest and Miss Brannon received care for trauma.
