Death of C D Gardner at Tempe home
Charles Gardner of Tempe, Arizona reports his father C D Gardner died Sunday at 7 p.m. at his daughter C McAfee Ste. Gardner had been ill for some time and his death surprised friends. He leaves two sons and two daughters, Charles of Tempe and Taylor of Maine Texas, Mrs W Rathburn of Roxton Texas, and Mrs W C McAfee of Tempe, with many community condolences. Interment in Tempe cemetery. The Avalanche extends sympathy to the bereaved.
