Publication summons for B H Grierson and others in a real estate suit over land in Brewster County Texas. Plaintiffs Kate Nevill guardian and Mary Nevill sue to perfect title to surveys and blocks in A B M and TT Ry Co holdings. Court to convene February 1921 in Alpine.
Publication summons directs J H Strawbridge and multiple heirs and entities to appear in the Brewster County District Court at Alpine on February 2, 1921 to answer a petition filed January 3 1921 in case No 987 stating Gregoria Marufa is plaintiff and seeks to perfect title to Lot 7 and five feet off Lot 8 Block 56 in Alpine Texas. The document lists numerous defendants including C H Larkin Co Leon Blum and others and notes plaintiff owns lands in fee and has exclusive possession.
Brewster County summons Frank Lesh and A B Bement by publication once weekly for four weeks before the next District Court term at Alpine to answer a petition filed December 23 1920 in No 986. Plaintiffs Mrs B F Coody J K Coody Bertha Echols and R W Echols seek cancellation of two oil and gas leases on lands in Brewster and Pecos counties alleging failure of consideration and failure to drill or pay rents. Deputy Jas A Burke signed January 3 1921.

Plaintiffs Claude W Jester and Charles G Jester seek 125 000 and foreclosure on vendor's lien notes tied to Brewster County Mining property described by surveys and deeds.
