Baines Park Bids Open Feb 20 for Memorial Park
Final plans for George W. Baines Memorial Park are complete and bids will be opened at 4 p.m. Feb. 20 in the City Council room. The park in South Alpine will be divided into four use areas with playgrounds, a stage and dance area, picnic space, and sports facilities.
