Alpine Texas Plumbing and Sewer Ordinance Adopted 1920
The Alpine City Commission enacts a comprehensive plumbing and sewer ordinance creating a Plumbing Inspector with powers to issue permits and bonds, inspect work, enforce sewer connections, and set fines. It establishes a Sanitary Sewer District, standards for materials, tests, and drainage, and sets sewer service rates for businesses and residences with an emergency repeal clause.
