The State of Texas Brewster County issues notice to Unknown Owner and all interests in Abstract No. 2214 for 40 acres of land delinquent for 1899 taxes. A March term of the Brewster County District Court at Alpine is set to hear the case, with payment and defense instructions and the land’s possible condemnation and foreclosure.
