Notice is given by J A Walton Sheriff of Brewster County that by order of District Court the land described as sections 9 and 11 in Block G-24 Martha Fountain and John A Lowder surveys total 1280 acres in Brewster County will be sold at public vendue on the first Tuesday in December 1918 at the Brewster County Court House door between 9 am and 4 pm. The property is held for H J Oltrogge under a judgment in favor of P J Martin. The sale is for cash to the highest bidder, with publication to precede the sale for three weeks in the Alpine Avalanche. J A Watson Sheriff and T Wilcox Deputy.
