Lengthy Brewster County oil lands petition and notices
A district court citation in Brewster County Texas commands numerous named parties and unknown heirs to appear by September 21 1959 to answer a trespass to title suit over the Ray Willoughby Ranch formerly George A Brown Ranch in Brewster County. The document lists multiple mineral deeds oil and gas leases and estates dating 1919 through 1996 and describes extensive tracts in Sec 31 32 33 34 35 and surrounding surveys with metes and bounds. The action seeks title to lands and removal of clouds on plaintiff Verna Hooks McLean vs Lula C Armstrong et al. and asserts title by adverse possession as well. The court clerk J W Frazer signs the filing August 7 1959.
