The State of Texas commands the sheriff to publish a citation in a Brewster County newspaper for four weeks to summon Millie Burcham to the district court in Alpine on the second Monday in September 1900. Plaintiff Wm. Bureham alleges they married in Nolan County in August 1890 and have lived apart since September 1890.
