Court approves road and tax corrections in Marathon county
August 8 1910 proceedings note a land correction for 280 acres in abstracts Nos 839 and 845 owned by Lizzie Crosson after taxes were miscounted. A $75 road land compensation to Tom Burnam is ordered. A new road project north of Strobel is to be surveyed by a jury. Numerous quarterly and petty expenditures are approved. Fort Davis reserve lands to be sold November 21 1910 under federal act.
