Woodmen Circle hosts the Dolan Zip Sanders district convention in Alpine at Kokernot Lodge on April 28. State manager Blanche Woods and district president Alexa Zipp from San Antonio are among expected attendees, with a San Antonio drill team and invitations sent to Kerrville El Paso Fort Stockton and Marfa.
