In Rutherford County North Carolina on Tuesday Holloway Wallshot shot his wife Eva Haynes and wounded her brother R R Haynes before killing himself. The tragedy followed a brief period after marriage and desertion, with a pursuit ending two miles away where his body was found.
In Omaha Nebraska on December 11 the federal court ruled for Henry T.
