Washington July 31 The census superintendent released an advance English census for twenty eight large cities comparing 1881 and 1801 populations with the United States figures for 1880 and 1810. The results show U S growth from 6,604,036 to 9,008,324 with a 44.88 percent increase, and England rising from 8,497,214 in 1881 to 9,279,701 in 1800 with an 11.20 percent rise.
