Tiltian Men Come Home, New York, Sept. 24 The transport Seneca, from Ponce, Sept. 17, arrived at 6 40 this morning in quarantine. The vessel carries 170 members of the Trials stenat corps bound for Washington barracks and 100 troops and government employees for this city.
Washington Sept 20 The president announced the war department inquiry body would have nine members and be formed after a commission to investigate the department was completed He has not disclosed the full list of members yet.
