Kostuth County Board Proceedings 1910 Drainage Districts and Relief
The Kosuth County Iowa Board of Supervisors met August 26 1910 with full attendance. They abated tax on Lots 1 Holloway subdivision block 12 Western Town Lot Co 1st Add and ordered $20 monthly relief from poor fund starting Sept 1 1910. They approved a drainage district assessment for No 4 and issued a revised plan lowering and raising several lots and tracts and approved total district cost of 975.00. They also addressed Drainage District No 9 proposing installment payments over ten years and issuance of drainage bonds totaling 39000.00 with detailed bond and coupon terms.
