Notice to electors of Algona city in Kossuth county Iowa that a special election will be held on October 2 to decide bonds totaling Twenty Thousand Dollars for purchasing the Davity electric light plant and to buy additional machinery and perform repairs and maintenance. The ballot asks for issuing bonds of Twenty Thousand Dollars with seven thousand for purchasing from the Algona Electric Light company and thirteen thousand for equipment and plant improvements. The measure is proposed under the acts of the Thirty-fifth General Assembly and appears as a city proposition.
