St Benedict Squibs Farewell To Van Erdewyk At Carroll Depot
St Benedict community bid farewell to F Van Erdewyk as he left for Carroll Tuesday. The band led him to the depot with music pieces, amid mixed feelings about his departure and St Benedict’s loss. Otto Emanuel died suddenly of heart failure near town last Thursday night, with funeral held Sunday afternoon attended by many relatives and friends.
