Kossuth County Board Proceedings May 7 1907

The Kossuth County Board of Supervisors met in adjourned session with most members present. Actions include abating taxes for 1906 and erroneous 1901 1903 polls, approving delinquent tax collections and school fund loans, transferring funds to County and Poor funds, and approving a life lease care arrangement for Caroline Salisbury. A motion set a $6 fee limit for disease fumigation, and a drainage district appraisal plan was set with appraisers appointed. Bids for District No 4 tile drains were opened and awarded to three contractors, with further hearings scheduled for June 1907 and May 1907 adjournments ongoing. The meeting adjourned to 9 am the next day.
