Glenwood March 6 Mrs Linna Roach of Glenwood is charged with poisoning her 10 year old daughter on January 8 1905. Grand jury bound after preliminary hearing heard chemist C N Kinney testify to finding 114 grains of strychnine in the pie and traces in the child's stomach. Druggist Wilson said she bought ten grains of strychnine November 12 1904 under the woman's signature. Baker testified pies sold were not poisoned and defense offered no evidence.
