Joint Drainage District bids read in Winnebago Kossuth
January 7 1908 meeting of joint boards of Winnebago and Kossuth counties opened bids for drainage districts No 3 and No 11 with sections 3 7 12 13 awarded to H O Gjertson and section 11 to Ludwig Larson and Torge Olson and section 8 to Indiana Drainage Co. Motions approved contracts and mileage reimbursements.
