Three Stores Burned on South Frederick Street
Three frame buildings on the west side of the first block at 4 South Frederick Street burned Friday morning. They housed the Star bakery, Wiams barber shop, and Beebes real estate and insurance office. Firefighters confined the blaze to the three structures owned by attorney G. H. Philips. no insurance coverage was reported. J. E. Butler of the Star bakery carried 1200 dollars in insurance and Bert Williams insured fixtures in his shop.
