Lund Estate Appeal Highlights Large Administrator Fees
The Register and Leader reports a supreme court appeal by Lund estate creditors challenging final administrator W. L. Joslyn’s fee of 2628.17 and attorney Swetting’s 1095.50. Attorney Geo. E. Clarke argues the law sets 169.85 as administrator compensation, and notes alleged lack of proper footings, trips, and legal costs. The case cites prior amassing of interest and claims amid complex Lund estate dealings and alleged self dealing by the administrator.
