Vacancy Still Remains Open At State Library Board
State library board may not name a successor to the late Mary Whitcomb who headed the genealogical department in the west wing of the state capitol building. The board plans to meet this week to decide on the vacancy and reorganize the department under Mr Brigham. Miss Whitcomb’s salary was 1200 dollars yearly.
