West Bend Mayor Sued Over False Imprisonment
Reid Idas Spencer sues West Bend mayor for $2000 damages claiming false imprisonment after a fall arrest during a medicine show incident last autumn. Sheriff Cullen served notice after ex mayor was named, Spencer was jailed overnight, bail offered and refused, a local trial led to a $30 fine, district court dismissed the case, now damages sought.
