Drainage Districts and bond sales in Kossuth County
County Board of Supervisors met March 10 1913 to consider drainage district bonds. Geo M Bechtel Co offered par with premium for about 28000 dollars 5 percent bonds. Bonds to be paid semi annually from Davenport banking house. Also approval of bids for Drainage District No 61 78 and 69 with extensions and open ditch work. Damages and surveys ordered. engineer Paine appointed. multiple resolutions adopted and adjournment scheduled.
