A handsome cloth bound volume discussed by the Chicago and Northwestern recalls the settlement of the great Northwest. It features halftone engravings of Black Hawk Sitting Bull Red Cloud and other chiefs and includes colored plates on Custer and related tribes up to 1600. Special execution issued by the District Court directs Sheriff S. P. Christensen to sell at the courthouse door in Algona Kossuth County the rights of William Campbell Jr and others in Lot 11 22 Western Town Lot, Bancroft First Addition. Sale set for April 5 1901 between 9 am and 4 pm for Town Deposit and Loan Company. Witness dated March 27 1904.
