Algona local items and social notes mix in busy week
Des Moines trips by Guy Norton and I. M. Curtiss frame a week of county affairs. Weddings, visits, and theater praise sit alongside rail lore and a humorous hog dispute. Marian clerks, cemetery monuments by J. M. Brown, and political nods from Swea City Herald pepper the page, with theater praise for The School for Scandal.
