Banna plaintiff alleges B F Guthrie Nettie Guthrie and numerous defendants owe two thousand forty five dollars on a promissory note dated December 1 1904 with 8 percent interest. The petition seeks mortgage foreclosure on Lot Five in Block Six in the Original Town of LaVerne Iowa and a court receiver to take possession, declaring plaintiffs lien superior to all defendants and liens.
